• Once placed, your request will be reviewed by our team within 24 to 48 business hours and approved if it follows the terms of return.

• A designated courier partner will pick up the product from your registered address. It can take up to 7 business days to pick up your product.

Terms of Return:

• The product will need to be in its original packaging at the time of return. If the product is damaged because of not adhering to the terms mentioned above, the refund will not be considered, and the product will be shipped back to you as is. 

• Refunds will not be entertained if the products have been used in the 7-day return period. This will be ascertained at the time of inspection of the return package.

• For COD orders: A convenience fee of Rs 100/- will be deducted from the refund / exchange value of the order. 

• The refund will be credited to the source payment method in 7–14 working days.
